I Cannot Quit-

I cannot quit! I remind myself that I must not quit; my journey has just begun. I know that many of us have felt like this at one time or another in our lifetime.  We refer to this as "The pressures of Life”.  Yes, the wonderful pressures of life.  It would be so much easier to skip these phases all together.   One thing I do know for sure is that i cannot make it on my own during these episodes without believing and trusting in GOD.  And, so what is a girl to do?  Well for me, I maintain hope, faith and a good attitude. Difficult times are a part of life.  It teaches us about ourselves, others and it teaches us patience.  My best weapon against the pressures of this world and any negative thinking or feeling is to....drum roll, please…..Converse with GOD. Yes, just having a simple conversation with GOD will ease my nerves. I talk to GOD continuously throughout my day. There is no reason why I should wait until bedtime to address my worries or frustrations. I use any weapon available to me in order to achieve a  positive outcome in my life. Besides our loving GOD wants us to be happy and accomplished. My GOD is the "The GOD of Love”.  In fact God's love is a pure love.  We have no comprehension of it because we are imperfect beings.   During these moments of hopelessness I find comfort in knowing that i am not alone. Just the simple act of letting GOD handle my stress and concerns just frees my whole being.  When my faith is weak, I remind myself not to quit.  I must remain in faith. I must not give up. Tomorrow will be a better day, and the future will be a surprise; so why worry. I’m not telling you not to plan for the future, of course we have to but what if we’re not destined to live a long life, and we spent most of our living days worrying about something that never came.  So, in order to stay sane during stressful and hopeless moments I spend most of my time asking assistance and guidance from above.  I suggest you do the same.  Go ahead and request for divine intervention in your life.  Why wouldn't GOD hear us.  The bottom line is that there is nowhere to hide.  You cannot run away from your troubles. One must be strong, and courageous. One must stay focus, become productive and make wise choices. All of us have had those days where we want to run away from everything and everyone.  Prayer is the only thing that will save us and give us peace. Inner peace comes from faith and trust.  Keep praying, be patient. God will come to your aide. Remember we are light. You might be the light to someone who depends on you, so keep shining and don't you quit! 

Be Love And Share It With Others

"We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers". Whoever does not love remains in death.


One who has love has everything, one who has no love has nothing. Love is essential to every human being.  It is through love that we heal each other and the Universe. Love is an energy, a vibration which is transmitted throughout the Universe. Most of us search for love in a form of a mate, and yet we seem to forget or not understand that we are love. Love comes in many forms. We don't need a mate to understand what love is, we just have to acknowledge it's presence within us. Through love we can heal. We can heal ourselves and others. Love is the highest vibration any human being can experience. It is insurmountable, inexplicable, and the most rewarding sensation when it flows through your veins, body and soul. It lies within all of us, and we have the power to transmit it to others. How amazing!  Do we continue to search for love or should we acknowledge a living truth which is "we are love, we can share the vibration of love with anyone and everyone. We were created because of love. Our Creator loved us! WE have a choice to transmit love or hold love from each other.  It is up to us to make this choice daily.  Love is a light as well. Love has the power to light up your soul, your very essence, and when transmitted it can light up someone else's darkness and heal them as well.  So, ask yourself this question...Do I want to be love, share love and live in the highest vibration possible?  Personally, I rather give love, receive love, and live with the essence of love within in order to be light.  I am a greedy person because love and light allows oneself to live in a high vibration plus I get to smile within and out. That's the beauty of love. 

The Fruit of the Spirit

"You should love thy neighbor as yourself" but if you go on biting and devouring one another, beware that you are not consumed by one another.

The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. It is our responsibility to take inventory of ourselves before we judge and condemn those beside us.  Are you perfect?  I know I'm not. How many times have we passed judgment on someone just because they've made a foolish remark or because they are physically different than you?  And, how many times have we made a foolish remark or been caught off guard appearing distarous, etc...only to be judged by our very own peers. In other words, before we condemn someone for having a innocent slip of the tongue or for doing something foolish (with no malicious intent) let's understand and remind ourselves that at one point or another in our very own lifetime we've made the same mistakes. We've appeared just as foolish as that person in-which you're passing judgement on.  We are human and imperfect creatures.  We make mistakes. We come in different shapes, sizes and color. Thank GOD for our uniqueness.  Let me iterate " if we go on biting and devouring one another, beware that you are not consumed by one another".  And, so if one day our paths should cross and you hear me say something foolish or appear funny looking to your standards, please keep in mind that I am flesh and I am an imperfect being. In return I will have the same courtesy towards you when you appear foolish in my eyes.
